About this time two years ago, David and I went on our first date after having Braxton. David's parents came to Manor and kept Braxton while we went to dinner at the Oasis. It was wonderful!
This year, we went to Killeen and his parents (mom) kept all three of our kiddos while we traveled to New Braunfels to float the Guadalupe. It was such a fun trip...although, I must admit that I cried about missing them. I did not see Braxton at all that day! We left before he woke up, and he was asleep before we returned. So that was hard for me!!! I am definitely selfish when it comes to my children, and I struggle more with how I will do without them than how they will do without me! We do have another day trip in the works for September, so we will see how that goes. I am making progress folks - give me some time :)

As Braxton would say, "Mommy's craaazy!" I loved having them all here, even though it wore me out! Don't know how you do it day after day!!!!!!!!
