sometimes i can't help but take pictures of my girls....they are so sweet and fun. i decided to straighten their hair just because. evie's kept curling so it got put in a pony tail. i couldn't narrow down the pictures either, because the progression just shows their interaction and playful behavior. love these little ladies.

hippie chicks

i couldn't resist. these onesies belong'ed' to hunter and hannah (nephew & niece) who are now 12 & 8. the headbands made for a nice touch.
take a look back when braxton wore it, too!

river trip

i mentioned this earlier, and i finally got my 'water' camera developed. you can tell how great it was...$7 camera + $6 film developing...thank God for digital cameras and photos. these are pictures of pictures, and the only ones that remotely turned out. renee. love! marie & jim

vacation

well, this is about as close as we've gotten to a vacation these days.
as you are well aware, our life is busy with little tots. it's also difficult to find friends and family to watch these crazies for an extended period of time and for david to take off for an extended period of time. so, we are starting small.
grandma chaplin kindly agreed to keep them while david and i enjoyed time with friends floating the san marcos river. (that will be another post when the water camera film is developed.) since grandpa chaplin had to work that saturday, grandma was able to recruit some help from joe and brenda. they were thrilled to spend some quality time with my kids - finally!!! joe was afraid he would not see the girls until high school graduation...close!
joe and evie brenda with braxton and evie
papaw with aylathey all survived, as did we! thanks for all of the help.
