We were blessed by a friend with (free) tickets to the opening of the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium! It was a concert featuring Blake Shelton, Reba McEntire and George Strait. AMAZING!!! David and I somehow lucked into an ideal parking spot even though we were late, and just steps away was the front of the insanely huge and gorgeous complex. The interior is definitely a sight to behold as well. I hope you enjoy the pics!

Praises
Praise God~ Braxton has been completely normal for the past day. No one really knows what happened or why it happened, but he is fine! Words can not express my gratitude for all of your prayers. God is good, faithful, mighty and our healer...He proves himself over and over again. Thank you so much for lifting us up during this scary circumstance.
Praise the Lord for this answered prayer!

This is one of my favorite praise and worship songs to date!
Please pray for Braxton as you read this. He started limping and falling this morning around 7:30am. I have taken him to an emergency care facility and all x rays came back clear. He had an iv to draw blood, and we are waiting for the results. He is also scheduled with an orthopedic pediatrician tomorrow.

Babies
It's been a while since I've posted anything about the twins. Our last check up at 16 weeks (closer to 17) was fine, but rather uneventful. We did take a quick peek at the two of them, but we didn't discover anything new. Both babies looked great with strong heartbeats - thank you, Lord. Doc said he is still feeling girl vibes, but he ordered me not to buy all pink just yet - - - too late!
We go back on July 2nd for a diagnostic ultrasound (growth scan), which we will be receiving every 4 weeks from that date on. We hope to confirm gender, make sure both babies are growing at the same rate, and possibly find out if there is one placenta or two.
When I lie down, Braxton will sometimes pull up my shirt to touch and kiss my belly and say babies...he understands as much as a 19 month old can, I guess. Just the other day, he went to kiss them, but started blowing instead. He made the vulgar flatulence sound on his own (without prompting) and it was hilarious. I will try to video this soon and share.
these are a few of my favorite things...
Braxton has really started talking lately and whether he says everything correctly or not, he gets the point across...loud and clear.
As I've stated before, he is a child who knows what he wants!!! (and when he wants it)
Currently, his list of favorites are: Car, Pool, Ball and Park.
see following posts (videos to be added)
Car
Braxton is obsessed with cars...he always wants to touch the tires of every car we walk near, not to mention try and open the doors. While I am driving, he grunts and points at the steering wheel, like I can share it with him. When we have spare time, and it's not 100+ outside, he will sit and pretend to drive my car as long as I will let him. One afternoon, we actually killed the battery doing that...oops. So, here is his new toy.
Ball
Of course we are watching baseball almost every night - especially now. Texas is playing in the College World Series National Title game starting tonight! (Well, Texas finished 2nd in the Nation. We can't win them all.) Braxton is ready to give his verbal commitment already!
Texas Rangers
Our first outing to watch the Texas Rangers! It was tons of fun - dollar ice cream and the kids received Kinsler jerseys...(which, by the way, is on our list of baby names)
