Last weekend was the first of many huge weeks in college football! We began the morning by dressing the family in UT gear (as usual). After preparation of food and beverages, we joined two families in the neighborhood that are originally from Louisiana...and are as big of fans of LSU as we are of Texas!!!! The plan was to watch Texas beat ou at 11am and then watch LSU beat Florida that evening. Lucky for us it was a WIN - but not so lucky for them. We had so much fun, though. Thanks for the fried turkey and other new yummy recipes I want to add to my repertoire...including a delicious margarita concoction.
