When Grandma (David's mom) decided to visit on Friday, we decided to grandma-nap her for the weekend. David's dad and papaw joined her on Saturday and Sunday. Of course, we wanted to see them and spend time with them, but we also had an ulterior motive....to go on our first date, after Braxton. Yes, it's been over 8 and half months since David and I have had a night out together without Braxton. We went to dinner at the Oasis on Lake Travis, and it was absolutely gorgeous. Although the food is not it's claim to fame, David and I fully enjoyed (and devoured) our bacon wrapped shrimp and pineapple salsa mahi. We had a wonderful evening!!!
