Sacred Sunday

Manor Fellowship held it's 2nd preview service this weekend and had 60 people attend. The band, "The Cost", led worship! Please continue to pray diligently for our church, our town, our citizens and our community. May God use us to do His mighty work - the harvest is ripe here!!! (Thank you)

Soaked Saturday

Another day at the pool with friends Rich & Gina along with my sister & her family...playing water volleyball, racing the slides (again) and afterward having a water balloon war with our neighbors, The Rathmanns.

Celebrating Freedom

Our neighborhood has a party every year, which includes a parade, a rock climbing wall, spin art, balloon art, tattoos, bbq sandwiches and snow cones followed by a day at the pool - racing down the slides.

After all the activities, we went home and had a cookout, launched water balloons and shot off a few fireworks with family and friends. It was an excellent 4th of July!

Cousins

Hunter, Braxton and Hannah Hunter and Hannah brought Braxton a Baby Einstein video and decided to watch it upon arrival. Braxton wasn't really sure what was going on, but he was enjoying his cousins.

Jesus loves me

8 Months Old!

Braxton has survived 8 months in this crazy house! Isn't he just beautiful? (I'm a tad biased.) We don't go back to the doctor until his 9 month check up... (but Mawmaw bought us a scale)

SO - he weighs 18 pounds 6 ounces and is 28 inches long. That puts his weight for age between 25%-50% and length for age 50%-75%. What a huge change from when he was born...5 pounds 9 ounces and 17 inches long, which were both less than 3%.

Go Braxton!!!!

The First Tooth

Braxton has been teething for about 2 weeks now and finally a tooth has emerged!!! It's his bottom right tooth. This is the best shot I have for now - it's just barely broken through. I'm just so excited, I had to blog about it.

He is trying to tell Daddy something and Daddy just laughs at him! At the end, Braxton squeezes Daddy's nose - hard. (ha ha ha)

Lil Mess Pot

This is my hopeful business name. I would like to soon have my own website and sell these items online. I really enjoy learning to make new things, and I have made all of these from 'scratch'. I haven't used any patterns, etc...I am self taught and just make adjustments as needed. I am trying to get the word out, so if you know anyone that might be interested please let me know. These have been huge hits at showers! Everything can be made to coordinate with room decor, diaper bags or just mix and match eclectic. Send me an email if you are interested. We drove back after Hunter's party and went straight to a kick ball tournament!

Happy Birthday, Hunter!

Hunter's birthday party was today...his actual birthday is the 29th. I can't believe he will be 9 years old. Look at this cake - it's pretty cool, but the candles were forgotten. So, a good friend of ours went home to grab some. The options were to use pink (he has 2 girls - one is in the picture) or use 4 +3 + 2. We figured they could practice their math during the summer!

Hunter's favorite gift was from Mawmaw - a 'go' phone! Look at how interested Hannah and Regan are :) Hunter has already broken that phone in, as he called me twice yesterday and sent me 4 text messages. He is precious. I love you, Bubba.
