aunt barb
david's parents & papaw stopped by on sunday to visit with his aunt barb. she was introduced to ayla and evie for the first time!!!!

I've had this owl romper/bubble made for at least 6 months, but my babies are so small, I had time to make a coordinating outfit as well. This is what they wore to our grand opening at LakePointe Church Forney!

puzzle genius
little man is INCREDIBLY talented when it comes to puzzles.
he can already complete a 48 piece puzzle in under 30 minutes - i'm impressed anyway!

daddy stayed home this morning to meet the mdo teacher with us. he's such a good daddy.

urkel
oh, my silly son!
after going potty the other day, he decided to pull his shorts up "urkel" style! granted, they are a 4t and he isn't even 3 yet. i love to buy stuff on sale and these were somewhere around $1...plus, he's almost outgrown some of his 3t clothes....anyway... he was sporting this late 80s look well.
i think there might have been some 'funky chicken' dancing going on, too, it seems.
ayla was entertained & cheering him on!

labor day
david was able to take off the entire weekend - woohoo!
we drove to killeen on saturday morning, watched the horns, cooked out, went to the park, and played with bubbles!
we drove to austin on sunday morning to attend case's first birthday party!
